Terms of Service for PNMC Online Portal & Mobile Application
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the PNMC Online Portal or Mobile Application, you agree to comply with these terms and the PNMC Act 1973. If you do not agree, do not use these services.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
- You must provide a valid NIC and Email to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your legal responsibility.
3. Professional Integrity (Data Accuracy)
- You certify that all information, degrees, and documents (PDF/Word/Images) uploaded are authentic.
- Submission of forged or tampered documents is a criminal offense under the Pakistan Penal Code and PECA 2016, and will result in permanent disqualification and legal action.
4. Fee Payments
- The application calculates fees based on current PNMC regulations.
- Payments made via external bank/mobile channels are subject to verification.
- Once an application is submitted for processing, fees are generally non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
The PNMC provides this digital service “as is.” While we strive for 100% uptime, the Council is not liable for temporary service interruptions or delays in application processing caused by technical issues or verification requirements.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
